Absolutely! Every gift message is handwritten on our complimentary card or inside your selected greetings card, then added to the gift box. Simply enter your personal message at checkout. You can choose a greetings card to make your gift even more personal.

No, our gift boxes are too large to fit through a letterbox. Please choose a delivery address where your recipient can receive the parcel.

While we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates, we can add a little ‘No peeking until…’ note in with your order. Just enter the details in the notes section at checkout and we’ll add the perfect finishing touch.

Nope! Whether it’s one special gift or a whole host of boxes, we’re happy to accommodate your needs. There may be some restrictions on this if you would like personalised branding but we always try our best to accommodate and work within your budget.

Definitely! We can ship gifts directly to employees' homes, offices, or both — making remote gifting seamless and special.

We currently offer shipping within the UK only.

Standard delivery costs £4.99 via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Fast delivery costs £6.99 via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Both options are free on orders over £100. We also offer free local delivery within 5km of Hitchin and free collection in Hitchin. Select your available delivery or collection option at checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12pm the same day, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Standard delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48 takes an estimated 2–3 working days after dispatch. Fast delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 takes an estimated 1–2 working days after dispatch. These are estimated delivery times, rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Orders placed on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Never! We believe in keeping the magic alive, so no invoices or receipts are included in our gift boxes.

Absolutely! If you’d like to send gifts to multiple addresses, simply add a note at checkout or get in touch with us, and we’ll handle the details.

All ready-made gift boxes include their gift box, regardless of price. The £30 minimum applies only to Build Your Own Gift Box: custom selections totalling £30 or more after discounts include a complimentary Audrey Grace keepsake gift box. Custom selections below £30 after discounts are packed in an eco-friendly mailer box. A paid gift-box upgrade is not currently available.
